Terms of Use
1. Tthe optimum temperature of 287 ℃, small cartridge (about 45mm height) heating for 11 to 15 minutes, large cartridge (about 85mm height) heating for 13 to 18 minutes injection molding, maintaining 3 minutes decompression. Note: different brands of machines, heating time is different, the time is adjusted according to the actual furnace temperature of the machine.
2. The color of the workpiece will be affected by the length of heating time, there are differences, the longer the color is lighter, the shorter the color depth.
 Notes to note:
3. The use of appropriate hardness of anhydrite filling model and injection pressure, if the workpiece has cracks, indicating that the gypsum is hard, need to add 1/3 ordinary gypsum to adjust the hardness, such as a lot of gypsum on the workpiece.
4. If the injection molding is not complete, there may be the following factors:
    ①The base wax type is too thin, and the thinnest part needs to be greater than 1mm.
    ②The base of the tooth and the tissue surface of the missing tooth of the model, the gap is too small, need to be greater than 0.5 mm.
    ③The tooth box is not preheated and must be at the right temperature.
    ④Injection speed is too slow.
5. There are bubbles, there are the following factors formed:
 ①Uncompressed too early.
 ②Too much model water.
 ③The diameter of the dosing channel is less than 4 mm,
 ④Denture Base is too thick.
