Shipping

Shipping cost:
We offer free shipping on many of our listings but many items are large or heavy and will require additional shipping.  Shipping costs are clearly stated in the listing of the item if the item does not ship free.  We ship using USPS, FedEx and UPS for most packages however large, overweight items may require freight.  Items costing more than $500 will generally be shipped "signature required" so you will need to be present at the time of delivery.

Delivery time:
Discount AVL usually ships items within 24 business hours of receiving payment, however, some larger and overweight items that require special shipping may take up to 48 hours to process.

Payment & Returns

We accept PayPal for payment and will ship to the verified PayPal address only. 

Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase but due to the low prices we offer, we do not accept returns unless otherwise stated in the listing. We do offer a DOA guarantee for all products unless the products were listed as "parts only".  Some of our products are open box and we try to accurately note the condition of the product and if any items are missing.  If you received a product that does not match the description or condition of the listing, we will work with you to resolve the issue whether it is by offering a partial credit or accepting a return.  We do not accept unauthorized returns and will not pay for return shipping unless previous arrangements have been made.
