Domestic Orders

We offer free & fully insured FedEx 2nd-Day shipping. If you require immediate shipping, please contact us, prior to purchasing. We charge a flat rate of 30.00 USD for FedEx Standard Overnight. For security, all orders are shipped with an adult signature required.

We do ship to APOs or FPOs. For P.O. Boxes, we typically do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please contact us before bidding if you fall into these categories so we may best accommodate you.

Due to the United States' Supreme Court ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., 585 U.S. ___ (2018), all sales may be subject to Sales Tax based on your shipping address. Please contact us directly if you have questions regarding the tax rate in your jurisdiction.

International Orders

We offer fully insured shipping to a large selection of international locations. Please contact us before bidding/buying/ordering to make sure we ship to your country. See shipping exclusions for more details.

We charge a flat rate of 75.00 USD to ship FedEx International Priority.

Additional costs, such as customs, import duties, VAT, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or the shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If a package is returned due to a delivery refusal, buyer will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please be aware that we must declare the amount that you paid on the international invoice included with the shipment. We cannot declare the watch as a gift/used/or at a lower value.

Warranty

WatchBox offers a limited warranty on every product sold, unless otherwise stated. Pre-owned timepieces are warranted for a minimum of fifteen (15) months from the date of purchase. The Date of Purchase is defined as the date on the bill-of-sale, sales receipt, or any dated document designated by WatchBox as proof-of-purchase.

Conditions apply to the WatchBox fifteen-month (15) limited service warranty. The repair warranty does not cover parts that WatchBox did not service, basic services on quartz watches, water damage, shock damage, all abuse, or any handling that exceeds the limits of a timepiece’s intended use.

Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Third-party performance of service, opening of a product, or addition of parts other than strap or bracelet components will void the WatchBox fifteen-month (15) limited warranty on pre-owned watches. WatchBox will, at its sole discretion, determine the applicability of its warranty to each timepiece for which a warranty claim is lodged.

The WatchBox fifteen-month (15) limited warranty is non-transferrable.

Returns

Items purchased from WatchBox under $20,000.00 USD may be returned or exchanged within 30-days of purchase. Items $20,000.00 USD or more may be returned or exchanged within 14-days of purchase.

All items must be in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price or store credit for an exchange. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

If within the 30-day return window, the WatchBox plastic tag is removed or watch shows signs of wear, the buyer will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once the watch is worn or sized we cannot accept a return of the watch.

Items designated as no returns are final sale and non-returnable.
