· Even though we try hard to ensure the product is not damaged, if it is please contact us with the pictures attached through eBay message.

· Please do not take off the tag, before you are sure to use the product.

· You have 30 days to return it from the date it was delivered. It will be considered as used after this period and no refund or replacement will be allowed.

· The refund or exchange will only be made after the inspection and cross checked to previous video reference used while packaging.

· The item lost while you send for refund or exchange will be buyer's responsibility, so please insure it for approximately $2-$3.

· Change of mind is not allowed after 7 days of the product is delivered
