If you’re returning from outside the U.S., please send your package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS or USPS Priority Mail). Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and get the tracking number.
We will exchange items that have been sent incorrectly at our cost. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item so that a return authorization can be processed.
