Please note when purchasing if you choose your hardware only you won't receive the artwork you only will receive the stand.
File formats accepted PDF, EPS, JPG.


What  to do next:

Please make the purchase and pay for your item via PayPal, send us a message on eBay to guide you on how to send us your artwork.
If your artwork is in a good quality we can start the printing straight away if your artwork is not accepted we will get in touch with you for the second option.



Sales packing content:

you will receive either Full banner with a stand.
Please note all our items are brand new however they don't come in original retail packaging.



How to set the artwork:

 

Please ensure the artwork is set to Eg, 850mm x 200mm and is set to CMYK -  150dpi, PDF / JPG only.

If you’re not sure please, send us the artwork in advance and our team will check it for you.

Shipping information: 


Standard delivery is sent via Hermes tracked service(3-5 working days)
Please note all the artworks must be approved before 1 pm to be eligible for a next day delivery.



Payment Policy:

We accept PayPal, cash on collection is also available.
Please Note: Collection in person is available from our warehouse Monday to Friday.
If you wish to collect your item please let us know by sending us a message via eBay.



Returns & Exchanges:

If you have any concerns after receiving your item, please contact us via eBay conversations in order to resolve any issues.
 It is our goal to provide an excellent product with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. 
If you want to return or exchange an item, it must be in an unused condition.
 It's the buyer's responsibility to cover the return shipping cost and in the case of an exchange the cost of shipping out the new item. If you are returning an item 
 We will refund the full item price once we receive it but we are unable to refund shipping fees. 
In the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged item received please contact us immediately, we will need your cooperation to send us a proof such as clear photos 
Showing the damaged parts, after that, we can send you a replacement FREE of charge or refund the full cost of the item depending on your preference.
