I bought this on eBay and it doesn’t fit me. Was marketed as a women’s sz large, however it does not fit over my hips. I usually wear a woman’s medium, therefore this must be for a teenager or at least someone with a small upper body, and no hips. Must narrow in at bottom hem. This fits great otherwise, and is a perfect weight for warmth and not a lot of bulk. Zipper pockets; contrast stitching; elastic cuffs.
