Since eBay is forcing ALL sellers to use their upcoming Managed Payments System our costs are increasing. While some larger volume sellers may not see or feel the increase, low volume sellers will see it hit hard. It is with regret that I/we must raise our prices AND shipping costs (since eBay also takes a sizable percentage of that as well) to cover these increases and to remain an America based seller. They will also be creating a delay in sellers actually getting the funds from the sale which will add 1 extra day to shipping. I do not, and will not, drop ship. All items are on hand for delivery right away.

Shipping charges. Make your selection accordingly.

First Class = USPS 1st class WITH TRACKING.

Priority Mail = USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope with tracking and insurance.

In the event that an insured item is received damaged the buyer MUST take the item, packaging and a copy of the eBay order to their local post office and file a damage claim. This is a USPS policy and it supersedes any and all eBay policies.

If you are going to purchase more than one item from us please do the following.

Add all items to a shopping cart.

Once in you have selected all the items you want then go to your cart.

Click on "Request total from seller".

I will send you a total with the proper shipping ASAP (usually within 2 hours).

You can then pay the invoice and I will ship immediately.

Terms and conditions

It's important that you clearly specify the terms and conditions of the sale in your listing so that buyers know what to expect.

What to do

You're required to include the following details in your listing:

• Forms of payment you accept

• Return policy

• Restocking fee, if applicable

• Shipping method, costs, and other information

• Taxes and any applicable government imposed fees (such as electronic waste disposal fees)

• Terms of the transaction

You're required to meet the expectations you've set in your listing:

• Ensure the safe delivery of the item within the time frame stated in your listing

• Comply with the Presale listings policy where applicable

• Items you list must be in your inventory or you must have an existing agreement with a third party to fulfill the delivery of the item under the terms of your listing

Returns

You're required to specify your return policy in your listings, even if you don't accept returns.

If you accept returns, a buyer can return an item for any reason, including if they change their mind about a purchase – as long as the return meets the return requirements – for example, returning an item within your stated time frame, and meeting item condition requirements.

We encourage you to accept returns – it helps increase buyer satisfaction.

What to do

• Specify if items can be returned

• If you accept returns, you must specify:

  • The time period in which a buyer must notify you about a return

  • The restocking fee, if any

  • Who pays for return shipping

  • If there are item conditions required for return, and clearly state those conditions

  • How the refund is issued (money back, replacement or exchange)

Even if you specify that you don't accept returns, a buyer may be able to open an eBay Money Back Guarantee case for eligible items if the buyer didn't receive an item or the item doesn't match the listing description. Learn more about Seller performance standards.

Restocking fees

• If you charge a restocking fee for returns, you may only ask for a reasonable amount.

• You may not charge restocking fees for items returned due to damage, defects, or not-as-described in the listing.

Therefore as per eBay’s published policy we are reinstating our 20% restocking fee for buyer’s remorse (changed mind) and wrong part ordered.
