This is a really nice new pen kit that is called The Commissioner pen kit and has many nice details and is trimmed in mostly Chrome finish with some gold accents and is the perfect gift for the person that has just about everything.  They wont have this as its a true one of a kind and this is a huge pen.  Its the biggest pen along with the King's Hawaiian and Full size Majestic that I make so nothing dainty about this puppy.  It is entirely metal (except for the threaded nylon insert) nice, meticulously crafted kit.  It can be switch to fountain for just 5 bucks more.  It is listed as Rollerball but if the buyer wants it to be fountain instead no worries just let me know before checking out

 

The really unique material on this pen is made from some Flame Box Elder pieces with some cool checks in it that I cast in this gorgeous White pearlized Alumilight Resin that I then carefully turned into this gorgeous pen.  It's a rather lengthy process but but wow is it gorgeous on this kit.  It has so much character with subtle color of the resin and the natural grain of the all natural cedar pine cones with textures that pop out in this really funky piece 

on this one of kind treasure with it’s glassy smooth finish that has been sanded and polished by hand with 12000 grit micro mesh to a high luster.  It then got 12 layers of super hard and durable CA finish followed by a wet polishing process and then 2 layers of the world’s best, albeit very expensive but awesome friction wax.   This is truly one of kind and pictures do not do this pen justice.

I only make 1 or 2 pens a day and each and every one is handcraft by me in my shop.  The pen you see in the listing is the pen you will receive.  I will happily make a custom pen of just about any kind and from just about any wood or just about any material you could choose and because of my low volume I can get to it pretty quickly.  I do not use and duplication tool so each pen is a 1 of kind original.  I hand pick from over 30 species of gorgeous wood from all over the world for its grain, spalt, burl, and just unique characteristics.   The pen started out in my shop as a rough piece of wood which goes through a many step process to produce a one of a kind working piece of art.  Every pen that I make is different in shape, color and pattern.  The pens are made from a solid piece of wood with the grain oriented to match between the two barrels of the pen.   It was turned by hand on my lathe in my small shop by me.

 

My pens are 1st quality and painstakingly made and have a really nice heft and feel and are a real pleasure to write with and the make excellent gifts but be advised that once you get one of these in your hands you wont want to part with it. Some gift ideas include:
