DELIVERY

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in NSW to Australia wide.

We post every weekday except public holidays. Each order will be handled within 1 business day of receiving payment. Please note our cut off time is 12:00 PM. Any purchases after cut off time will be processed next business day.

AUSPOST usually delivers between 2-6 days. Delivery to WA and remote regional areas can take longer.

PAYMENTS

We accept all available online payment interface.

RETURNS

We offer 30 days return or exchange guarantee. All items must be returned in exact condition as sent.

Before returning an item, please contact us for instructions.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price, and we will need to deduct the applicable freight fees from your refund.

Non-faulty items: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable.

Faulty items: We will refund your return postage only up to the amount it originally cost to send the item to you. Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, we do not reimburse Express or Registered post costs on return.
