To return an item, you must email us first and get approval to send the item back. Item must be in the original box, all items in the box. There will be 20% restocking fee for all items returned that are not defective. You may return an item you are not satisfied within 30 days and receive a refund minus shipping. Defective items have a 45 days grace period for refund or exchange, after then, you must pay to ship to us, no refund, exchange only.
