These are item 7 (left and right) shown in the diagram.  Only a pair of this item is for sale.  Nothing else shown in the diagram is included.  They bolt into the middle grille bull bar/brush bar (STC53175).  Headlamp grills (STC53181) can also be mounted to these.  Bolts/nuts in good shape.   These have surface rust.   They need to be sanded and painted.
