PRODUCT -
In 2016,
after successfully reproducing the full GTSR badge and decal body kits, we borrowed
a swath of New Old Stock GTSR material in mint condition from a fellow Holden enthusiast,
who was keen to see this product reproduced correctly.
Over the
course of 2016-2017, the challenge was re-creating the design true to the
original e.g., each stitch has been painstakingly drawn in exactly as per the
NOS sample. The next step was ensuring a colour match of not just the yellow,
but the logos to ensure it looked as per original once printed onto a
specifically chosen material which was both durable for automotive upholstery use
and replicated the feel and look of the original material. We nailed it, and our material has stood the
test of time on both restored and tribute GTSR cars and even utes, lounges, and
baby seats since its release in 2017, going on seven years ago!

matched as per original new old stock sourced GTSR material.
~ Cotton
based material sourced to both feel rough and soft at the same time and look
like the original material and provide durability in an upholstery setting.
~ We are the
original reproducers of this material; quality is what we are all about.
~ It has a
weight of over 300gsm! Nice a thick! The print process and the material are
both designed for upholstery.
~ This
product is not made in China or any other Asian fast export countries.

The material is a cotton based material. Feels nice and rough but is soft at the same time. It does not have a foam backing on it. So this maybe something you need to discuss with your trimmer.
It has a weight of over 300gsm! Nice a thick! The print process and also the material are both designed for upholstery.
