* ONE: 400watt, 1/2hp Rocking Piston, 115 volt AC 60hz NEW industrial & "Continuous Duty" aeration pump with flow of: 3+ CFM 70 PSI. Amp draw is favorable at approx 3.5 to 4amps depending on depth of your pond. Compressor comes with only 1 intake port and 1 outlet exhaust port. Pump comes ready to be hard wired into a junction box, attach a plug to, or you can splice onto a power cord. Easily accomplished with common household tools. 2 wire pumps can be wired to either color wire. 3 wire pumps are Brown is hot, blue is neutral, green is ground.
*50ft of durable - yet flexible & easy to work with black Self-Weighted aeration hose. (You will REALLY appreciate flexibility of this hose if you've ever worked with polyethylene or other similar, much stiffer hoses on the market) weighing approx 22 pounds per 100ft! .................!
*TWO: DIFFUSERS with nearly 8ft of total diffusion area!!! 48 inches long wrapped around (16 inch diameter), "RING TYPE" DIFFUSERS for efficient oxygen transfer & water mixing lift. You simply attach to the included hose & drop them into the desired location of your pond! ******These are not weighted and can at times float up to the top so in that case you would need to attach a rock, brick, or some weighted item to it so that it can sink if it doesn't ) The diffuser's come with an extra tee fitting to tee off the self sink line to attach the 1st diffuser too and then the 2nd one would attach to the end of the line... 5/8" O.D. x 1/2" I.D. NOTE* - This tube is VERY thin walled to almost eliminate any back pressure that may occur.
This tubing looks similar to soaker hose, but - This is not soaker hose - this tube is made specifically for Aeration ( air pressure to create thousands of bubbles ) and not for water ( similar to a water pressure bubble drip line ). Although it may look similar it is not the same thing.
We have lots of other diffuser choices but they are considerably more expensive. This is the least expensive option to get diffused aeration in a body of water.

This is not self sinking or weighted tubing - you will need to weigh it down for it to sink. If attached to self sink tube or PVC it normally will stay below the water but can still float - in which case you will need to weight it down.

The compressor will need to be mounted away from any source of water - these are not submersible which keeps any contaminants out of your lake or pond. They are completely oil and maintenance free!
