RETURN POLICY
Before sending your item back please consider the following:
If your return request involves a damaged item, please contact us first. In many circumstances we may not need the item returned.
If your return request involves dissatisfaction with the product, we may be able to make other accommodations for you. Again, please contact us to see if we can find a solution for you before returning your item.
Please note that returns are subject to the following in accordance with Internet Medical Supply's Return Policy.
The cost of your return label, as well as a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any of the following conditions:
* Buyer changes their mind
* Accidental order
* Better price available
* No longer needed
* No longer wanted
* Does not fit
* The item is returned more than 15 days past the return window
* “Item arrived too late” when the item was delivered within the eBay Expected Delivery Window on your order page.
Additionally, if an item is returned in a condition other than that which was sent, the cost of your return label as well as 50% of your purchase may be withheld.

Sales Tax
For shipments to NEBRASKA addresses, we are required by State law to collect 7% Sales Tax.

Shipping
Internet Medical Supply ships to all 50 states. AK and HI will have additional $14.95 in shipping charges.
