Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of purchase and payment must be received within 3 days of purchase date. If payment is not received within 5 days, we will relist the item and file a non paying buyer complaint with eBay .

Payment methods: PayPal or Wire Transfer. We can only accept PayPal for items up to $5,000 (due to PayPal limits). Any item over $5,000 must be paid via wire.

If PayPal is chosen as a payment method, the shipping address must be confirmed and verified with PayPal. 

International Buyers: A deposit of $1,000 is due via PayPal within 24 hours of winning bid/purchase, the balance is due via wire within 4 days.

All bags are carefully packed and shipped via UPS or FedEx fully insured. A signature is required for all shipments. Please make sure a member of your household or designated shipping location is available to sign for the package. All items will be sent via traceable method and tracking information will be provided as soon as it is issued. 

International buyers: all information about import tariffs is the buyer's responsibility. If there is a specific way you want the item described for customs purposes, you must contact us before the item is shipped.

Your satisfaction is important to us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it as long as we are notified within 72 hours of receipt of the purchased item and the item is returned unworn with safety seal intact.  

All sales are final, we do not give refunds for any reason and offer only exchanges.  All items are 100% authentic and accurately described so there are no refunds. You can request additional pictures of the item before purchasing it.
