The NEW, RF Parts Company 3-500ZG and Taylor Tubes 3-500ZG tubes are BURNED IN, at our R&D Lab in San Marcos, California USA.
This tube is the most rugged tube of this type on the market, today. They are an improved version of the 3-500ZG offered by RF Parts Company, from 1993 to 2019. This newly-revised version has had a failure rate of less than 0.05% during the three years that we have been testing, burning them in, and matching them in San Marcos, CA USA.
This tube is a Heavy Duty Graphite Anode version of the
original Eimac 3-500Z, and it has a stronger Anode stem support to
add to the tube's ruggedness and stability. The Graphite Anode, Grid, and
Filament are virtually the same as the Graphite version last offered
by Eimac; are interchangeable with this vastly improved transmit
tube. In addition, the newly designed ceramic pin base diffuses the heat from the filament pins and extends the life of the
