This is the  McAfee PC Promotional First Aid Capsule Sealed

McAfee provides virus protection and came into being in 1987 and early PC shows in New York had them giving out this capsule at the event to those visiting the booth at what was then the Javitts Center

A great collectible for the PC fan of the early days of personal computing

Kept in climate controlled storage and handled with white photo gloves
