Shipping - Please read before ordering
Your order will be shipped using a third party less than truck load ("LTL") commercial freight delivery service. The LTL common carrier will be using an eighteen wheeler to deliver your product. AC Source Inc. will not be liable for undeliverable orders due to the inaccessability of the shipping address. In that circumstance, AC Source Inc. will work with you the customer to arrange a nearby delivery or customer pick-up location.
Before accepting your order verify that all items ordered have been delivered and none has been damaged. Make a visual inspection of the item by lifting up the carton. Cartons can be loosened at the bottom and lifted up for visual inspection of the item. If there is damage refuse the item or items and make notations on the drivers paperwork. Then call 888-877-9811 to report this damage. Thank you. This is your responsibilty because your signature on the shipping documents indicates that you have recieved all items and they are acceptable!
IMPORTANT - We make every effort to ship the items as ordered. However, mistakes do happen occassionally and the wrong product is shipped. You are making an expensive purchase. It is in your best interest to determine that the products that you signing for are the exact products you ordered. If you fail to do this and install a product that is the wrong product we cannot be held responsible and assume no liability for the installation of this wrong product.
If you ordered the wrong item OR do not want to keep the item you ordered you may return the item within 7 days of receiving the item (see conditions below) by contacting us for a Retun Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") Number. If an item is returned without an RMA Number, delivery of the item will not be accepted when it arrives at the warehouse.
Acceptance of returns by AC SOURCE is subject to the following conditions::
1) Return requests must be made within seven (7) days of taking delivery of the item.
2) The item must be unused and in like-new condition and undamaged.
3) The item must be packaged in its original packing or a suitable equivalent.
4) You are responsible for paying:
a) the original freight charges* to ship the item to you
b) the freight charges to return the item
c) a 10% restocking fee.
Note: Items sold with free shipping incur freight charges and if you return the item you will be responsible for the actual freight cost to ship the item to you.
NOTE: IF DELIVERY IS REFUSED ON AN UNDAMAGED ITEM IT WILL BE TREATED AS A NORMAL RETURN AND BE SUBJECT TO ROUND TRIP ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES AND A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. Note: Items sold with free shipping incur freight charges and if you return the item you will be responsible for the actual freight cost to ship the item to you.
