Coca Cola 75th Anniversary

1 oz .999 Silver Art Bar - Gold Plated

Clarksville

1905-1980

Here's the rarest among all 75th Anniversary Coke silver art bars.

Catalog #  COKE-3GP.

The silver bar counterpart has known mintage of 100.  It is assumed that the gold-plated version is much less.

Nice shiny finish, in mint condition.

Book price is $2500, that is if you can find it!

The premium value is in its rarity.  It has low mintage since this ingot was minted 40 years ago at the time that silver was all-time high.

As per the Coca Cola 75th Anniversary Ingot Guidebook (for the silver bar);

"It has been said that there are a number of die-hard Coca Cola collectors in Clarksville and obtaining this piece can be very difficult, however some of these ingots have come onto the market place and they draw a large premium.  The mintage shows how very rare this ingot is.  This ingot shows no sign of being produced by World Wide Mint, and there are no markings on the edge (serial number or .999 silver)."

It had been rumored that there might be a couple of Coke execs that are hoarding several of these pieces with no intention to sell.  It is also assumed that serious lucky collectors who were able to avail this piece would not sell either.

It had been rumored also that this piece may have been minted by Highland Mint.  I do not believe so, because Highland Mint stamps their name on their pieces.

This is my last spare that I have left that is for sale.
