Fasting Salts nutritional content
Zero calories, zero carbohydrates, zero protein, zero fat
Mix 0.5 to 1 scoop of powder with at least 500ml of water. Drink gradually over a period of time. Drinking it all at once quickly may cause digestive upset.
This product consists of pure unflavoured salts so it will taste salty. If you find the taste too strong, please add more water. Some of our customers prefer mixing the powder with warm water. Another tip is to use sparkling mineral water, with a small dash of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.
How to take
Intermittent Fasting | OMAD | Keto
Take 0.5 to 1 scoop daily, ideally during your fasting window or in between meals on Keto. Do not take at the same time as food.
Short-Term Extended Fasting (24-72 hours)
Take 0.5 to 1 scoop at a time, 1-2 times a day. Start with a lower dosage on your first day and gradually increase.
Long-Term Extended Fasting (Over 72 hours)
Take 0.5 to 1 scoop at a time, 2-4 times a day. Do not take more than 4 scoops per day. Start with a lower dosage on your first day and gradually increase.
