Mediasonic H82-SU3S3 ProBox is a 8 Bay enclosure for 3.5" SATA hard disk drive. It can support 8x hdd of different brand and capacity up to 16TB per drive and up to 8 x 18TB. Note: Motherboard's SATA Port Must support Port Multiplier in order for your computer to recognize multiple hard drive if this unit is connected via eSATA. We recommend user to connect this device via USB 3.0 to get maximum performance.

Important Note
- For eSATA, make sure your eSATA port supports port multiplier. Also, most onboard eSATA and some eSATA PCI-E card only support up to 5 drives. To see all 8 hard drives in eSATA you need eSATA PCIe card that supports 8 drives.
