Please ensure your address is correct on eBay at the time of purchase. Once payment has been received, we are unable to change the delivery address, and we are unable to cancel orders. Please be sure of your purchase before making payment.

Postage & Handling
We use Australia Post and only post within Australia. We do not charge postage or handling. All items include FREE postage. Unfortunantly we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. If you would like your arcel sent registered mail, there will be a surcharge of $2.50, which offers insurance of up to $100. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location.

Refunds & Returns
We offer a 30 day returns policy on all items. Your satisfaction is our priority. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them otherwise a full refund may not be given.
