The Classic Equine Legacy2 Boots are state of the art and made from 100% virgin perforated neoprene; this special fabric helps keep your horse cooler by allowing the leg to breathe aiding in the ability for heat to escape so your horse's legs stay cooler. The Legacy2 Boots use a round cut box stitched hook-and-loop attachment which uses an aggressive closure which means your Legacy Boot stays more secure. The Legacy Boot also uses a shock absorbing splint pad to give your horse maximum protection to the splint bone, tendons, and other soft tissues.  By using a refined splint pad the Legacy Boots guard against crossfire injuries and allows for a closer, cleaner fit.  But the perfect boot can't work properly if not put on correctly so to help with this there is now a suspensory rib that is positioned between the tendon and the cannon bone to ensure proper boot alignment during application. In addition, the Legacy System uses a patented Cradle Fetlock System which provides maximum support and protection to the lower limb giving extra support by using a double layer of shock absorbing neoprene. To provide durability, Classic Equine has placed an extended layer of tough, bulletproof material fitted on the cup area of the Legacy2 Boot so it will minimize wear. And if that wasn't already enough, the Legacy2 System Boots use a series of fitting darts to enable a clean, close fit with Bound Edges to help keep dirt and debris out.

Booting both the front and Hind legs helps in prevention of lower limb injuries during training and performance, as well as a valuable addition to the treatment regime for rehabilitating horses with limb injuries.”
