Term & Condition:

Free delivery is to UK Mainland only.  It is free for most of our items, unless stated otherwise in the listing.

All our orders are dispatched within 1 working day.  Once dispatched, it can take up to 48 hours to be delivered.

If delivery is not successful after 2 attempts the order will be returned to us. If the order is returned to us you can either request a refund but you will still be charged for the delivery or you can ask for a re delivery which we will have a service charge of £3.99.

Free delivery is for UK MAINLAND only.

There are additional costs for the below postcodes which are outside mainland UK. Please contact us for a postage quote.

KW, ZE, JE, GY, IM, HS, KA27-28, PH19-44, 49-50, PA20-88, HIGHLANDS, ISLE OF MAN, ISCLES OF SCILLY, NORTHERN IRELAND & IRELAND.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the product(s) undamaged in a re-sellable condition (original packaging) within 30 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your purchase price. Returned items should be with original packaging undamaged, if applicable. Returns that are worn and damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted back.

If you receive any faulty items we will cover the return cost of postage and issue a refund or send out a replacement. For all returns we advise you to send them tracked and obtain proof of postage.
