If eBay does not allow you to request an invoice (as sometimes happens with buyers not using the eBay.co.uk site), then pay for all items together with the postage calculated by eBay. If the actual P&P is less than the P&P paid I will refund the difference; or
Buy and pay for each item separately. As with 2., if the actual P&P is less than the total P&P paid I will refund the difference.
