Shipping Information
- Overnight shipments are shipped via UPS and are a flat-rate of $44.99:
- Orders requiring delivery to Hawai'i, Alaska, and Puerto Rico require an additional $20.
- Hawai'i orders require a PDF copy of a valid permit from the Department of Agriculture prior to shipping.
- Orders requiring delivery on Saturday require an additional $29.99.
- Saturday deliveries are not available in all areas.
- Orders requiring delivery to Hawai'i, Alaska, and Puerto Rico require an additional $20.
- Orders will typically be shipped 24-72 hours after receiving payment.
- If you require a specific delivery date, please send us a message during checkout.
- Heat packs or cool packs are included at no extra charge, as needed.
- Fish are shipped with a mild antibiotic medication which contains a yellow-green coloration.
- Buyer is responsible for knowing all import laws for their state or territory.
DOA Policy
- We require at least one photo or video that clearly shows the animal dead on arrival (DOA).
- Reports of DOA animals need to be submitted via message within two hours of package delivery.
- DOA animals will be credited on a future order. In some cases and at our discretion, we may offer to refund the cost of the animals or ship replacements to you.
- If you experience issues after arrival, such as difficult swimming, signs of disease, or other problematic symptoms, please document them with photos and/or videos and contact us immediately. Credit for deaths after arrival are issued at our discretion.
- Do you ship to my location?
- We ship to all 50 states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. Depending on your zip code, some shipping options may be unavailable in your area.
- When will my order be shipped?
- We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be shipped depending on when they are finalized, local weather, and shipment method. Orders will typically not ship on the same day that they are placed.
- Will the animals look exactly like the photos in the listing?
- Fish vary in appearance depending on many factors, including mood, age, gender, and social status. Males and females may look drastically different from one another. Fish will naturally lose color during shipping and may appear faded upon arrival. Pictures are used for informational purposes only, and not every fish will look identical to those pictured. We encourage you to research the species as much as possible prior to ordering in order to familiarize yourself with the various appearances they may take on.
- What are the water conditions in which the animals are raised?
- We have hard water with a pH near 8.0. For many of our South American species, we add RO water to reduce the hardness and pH.
- May I purchase multiple auctions with one shipping price?
- Yes, your order will automatically combine shipping at checkout.
- May I order a larger quantity than what is available?
- Yes, please message us prior to making your purchase so we may adjust the auction.
