Any issues with the item, must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. It includes weekends and all holidays.

Postage

UK Mainland Postage Only, Highlands and Ireland will be charged Extra 

We send 24-Hour delivery [1 working day once the item reaches sorting office] only if you pay for the Delivery. Customers who want free postage will get 48 hours [3-working days delivery, Which means 3 working days once item reaches sorting office]. 

We don't do Royal Mail Special Delivery [size of the parcel doesn't fall into that category]. If you purchase on Friday after 2pm , item will be posted on Monday and collected after 12 PM
