Halal and Kosher certified Vitamin D3 BP 500mcg (10,000% RDA) , corn oil, sunflower seed oil, vegetarian capsule shell (modified corn starch, glycerol BP (vegetarian source), carragean, acidity regulator, disodium phosphate, antioxidant BHT e321).

Peanut & Soya oil free.
Gelatine free.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Alcohol free.
Highly asorbable.
Preservative free.
Yeast free.

Directions: Please get your Vitamin D level checked. Take 2 capsules every 2 weeks or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Please repeat the blood test after the initial dose.
