Vintage Leopard Print with Red and Gold Damask Throw/Blanket/Tablecloth/Coverlet. A wonderful French woven cotton and rayon tapestry that can be used for a myriad of things. You can throw it over a table, you can throw it over a couch, you can use it as a coverlet at the foot of the bed, or you could use it as a blanket on the bed or oversized chair. The material is woven and sort of like a cotton/rayon chenille...if that makes sense. This piece measures 59” x 61” and is almost square. Pre-owned but never used.... Excellent! This was purchased by me at a tapestry shop in Eze, France (outside of Nice/Cannes) about 25 years ago. Never used. You just don’t see quality old world pieces like this in the US. Only in small European “old world” workshops, where these trades are still practiced. And the Leopard Print and colors on this are very intense and vibrant...just beautiful! PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES!
