This is a cute, vintage, ceramic décor piece. It was created by Napco Japan design # A4607.   It is from the 1950s or 60s.  Featured is an adorable little baby in his or her birthday suit on top of a baby scale with a dial that moves.  Pink and blue flowers decorate the base of the planter.  

It measures approximately 3 1/4 Tall x 3 1/4 Wide x 4" Length.

Condition

This item is in very good condition.   There are no chips or cracks to the piece.  There is some wear to the paint on the scale numbers and around the edge of the scale.   Please review photos by using the zoom feature to judge condition.
