NGC authenticated and graded UNC Details. Frosty dark chocolate and olive with some underlying mellowed red reverse. There are fine hairline scratches seen around CENT and a pin scratch on the cheek. There are two fine breaks on the reverse, one above ATE in STATES, and a small cud under the ribbon tail with a fine die break extending over along the top of UNITED. Lustrous surfaces.
