Gold plated outer rim shows a bit of wear, but remains bright gold except one teeny spot, pictured. Not noticeable because the entire plate/dish gleams. Beautiful gold design upon maroon rim with ducks in flight in the very center. No chips, cracks, or crazing. A stunning little dish which can be used for display only, or ashtray or tiny candies.
