Ramón Arroyo Cisneros (Arroyito) This unforgettable cartoonist, draftsman and journalist (born in Havana, Cuba, August 5, 1904 - m. In San Juan, May 23, 1984) deserved recognition as one of the most talented artists in his specialty In America. He arrived in our country at the end of 1963 and, soon after, obtained a position in the Central Administration of the University of Puerto Rico. In 1971 he joined El Nuevo Día, a newspaper in which he remained until the end of his life.

Ramón Arroyo Cisneros (Arroyito) Este inolvidable caricaturista, dibujante y periodista (n. en La Habana, Cuba, agosto 5, 1904 - m. en San Juan, mayo 23, 1984) mereció reconocimiento como uno de los más talentosos artistas de su especialidad en América. Llegó a nuestro País a fines de 1963 y, poco después, obtuvo posición en la Administración Central de la Universidad de Puerto Rico. En 1971 se vinculó a El Nuevo Día, rotativo en el que permaneció hasta el final de su vida.
