Roberto Branly: Poet and critic of Cuban cinema. Tenía una conciencia muy fuerte del uso de la palabra como arma de combate, como signo de rebeldía y de la conducta perturbadora propia de la juventud; abrazó la “militancia” del surrealismo en la “poética” revolucionaria, siguiendo los pasos de Baragaño, solo que Branly se metía en los asuntos de la Historia para darles un susto a quienes no vinculaban esta disciplina con la situación que vivía el país.
