Our Conditions Explained:

Grade -Pristine Like New - Fully Tested & 12 Months Warranty Included. Fully Working Condition. Phone may show minor signs of handling or use with insignificant blemishes at the most. Almost new Condition. Phone only. 

Grade A -Very Good - Fully Tested & 12 Months Warranty Included. The handset has some scuffs, marks, or surface scratches only. Any scratches or scuffs are completely cosmetic and do not affect the functions of the phone.

Grade B- Good Condition- Fully Tested & 12 Months Warranty Included, will have signs of wear and tear such as scratches and scuffs. No serious damage.

Grade Faulty-The phone will not turn on, parts only for sale, please ask before buy

 

Warranty

1 years warranty from seller (if you encounter any issue with the item within 1-3 months, we will fix it for you or provide replacement or refund depending on the availability of the item). Please note that, warranty is only on technical issues. Accidental damage is not covered by the warranty.

Change of mind Facility

We provide 30 days mind change facility. If you change your mind in 30 days, you have the option to send the item back for a full refund.

If items get damaged in transit

All items are ensured whilst in transit. If your item is damaged in any way, please report us as soon as possible . When reporting an item that has been damaged in transit, please mention the details of the damage and if possible please attach a picture of the damage.

Return Process

If for any reason you need to return any item, please contact us first to arrange the details of the return. Please ensure that, item should come with its original condition.

Note : This listing is for Handset, Battery & Battery Cover Only. Box or Accessories such as cables, chargers are not included.

 

- All items are shipped from our UK warehouse in London

-Orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 2 pm or the following working day. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday

-Items take 1-3 working days to arrive in the UK, but please allow up to 5 working days as we have no control over Royal Mails delivery service. (Excludes weekends and public holidays)

-Please note that we will only ship to the address given on eBay. Non received items due to an invalid address on EBay will not be covered by our full refund or returns policy

Returns

- After 30 days you will only be covered under our 1 Year return to base warranty for manufacturing defects only. Accidental and water damage are not covered
