Some repairs require good knowledge and special tools in order to succeed, be sure you know what are you doing before buying. If you are not sure if this is the part you are looking for contact us, and we will try to help, we have lots of experience in this field. Many users are buying by guess, trying to fix their camera or lens without being sure if this is the part they need.

2. Service on request: 

If you are not sure what might be wrong with your camera, or you are not confident with the repair, we can provide service on request. Contact us before buying if you need any service. UK only

3. Parts:

All our parts are genuine original parts and individually tested to be sure that they are 100% in working order before any listing, these items have been used previously. The items may have some signs of cosmetic wear or grease coming from the assembly, but are fully operational and functions as intended. We upload only pictures with the actual part on selling. General wear is made and explained in the listing.

4. Shipping:

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days

UK shipping: we mostly use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class Signed For within the UK (usually 1-3 working days). we might use other services like UPS, DPD etc.

International shipping: we use UPS only to Europe and Royal Mail Tracked and Signed or other couriers to the rest of the world.

5. Return & Warranty:

If the item received does not match the original listing description or if it arrives damaged by transportation, you can return the product to us for a full refund (take photos as proof and contact us as soon as possible).

In case the buyer places a wrong order, we still offer a full refund, however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the shipment is offered by us, we will deduct the costs of the initial shipment before refunding.

You have a 30-day guarantee, we do not refund parts that have been accidentally tampered with or broken, however, once the goods arrive at our offices, they will be examined for any damage or tampering not caused during transport. After verifying the integrity of the goods, we will refund the customer the total amount. The parts must be in the same shape sent by us (including the box), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Payment accepted:

We accept payment through PayPal or any other system provided by eBay. Payment for Buy-It-Now listings is required immediately. Payment for Auctions is required within 48 hours of auction end. Unpaid orders after 48 hours will be cancelled.
