GLO Effex Phosphorescent Glow in the dark paint is a transparent when dry acrylic water based paint that when charged with light can glow for hours.

Strontium Aluminate based and goes on milky white and dries transparent and durable. These glow in the dark water based paints when subject to a light emits a very bright illumination of the chosen color.
