Shipping	We pride ourselves on offering an efficient and stress-free customer experience. We usually dispatch orders within 1 working day. We offer free 2nd class Delivery: Postage and Packaging on all orders via Royal Mail and offer the option to upgrade delivery services to meet your preferences. We send all Non-UK orders via a tracked service. Our opening hours are 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays.
Returns	If you are unhappy with your purchase, received an incorrect item or would like to report a faulty item please send us a direct message via eBay and we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue.
