Brand-new Light-Tight Cuvette and 15mm-Vial Housing with SMA 905 Fiber Connectors 

 

What are included in this list:

(1) SMA 905 collimators with specifications shown blow                                        [Quantity=2]

      * change SMA to FC/PC adaptor, or any SMA & FC mixed combination is possible upon email request. 

(2) Light-tight cuvette housing (12.5x12.5x52 mm cuvette and OD 15 mm vials)    [Quantity=1]

(3) A wrench for the 4-40 screw adjustment of adaptor or collimator                        [Quantity=1]

(4) Optional: 1 retainer for secure filters (<=dia. 5 x 6 mm)                                      [Quantity=1]

(5) Options to use sealing gasket (up to 150 deg. C)  [not provided]             

Versatile features include

(1) Bottom: Diameter 1.5"x1/4" Plate with two 4-40 threaded mounting holes, two slots for 4-40 screws, one 8-32 threaded hole (with set screw installed as default). 

(2) Side: Two 4-40 threaded holes (with set screws installed as default configuration).

(3) Side: Allow up to four SMA 905 adaptors, collimators, or focusing lens in 3/8"-24 threaded mounts. 

(4) Top:  One 4-40x1/2 (or your choice of other lengths) to push on the lid of cuvette inside the housing. 

      Rev. 0: Two 4-40x1-1/4 screws to lock the lid to create a light-tight sealed housing. 

      Rev. 1: One 4-40x1-1/4 screw and one 4-40 cone-tipped pin for faster operation. 

      This is the default unless you request to use the older Rev.0.

(5) Dimensions: Dia. 1.5"x 1.5" for the bottom cuvette housing, 1.00"x1.00"x1.125" for the top cover.

It can be used with most of compact fiber optic spectrometer application for transmisson,reflection, fluorescence, Raman signal collection.

The SMA 905 connectors are fully compatible and interchangeable with our UV-NIR adjustable fiber collimator!

The collimators are adjusted for best collimating effect at 200-2200 nm. Aligned with Xenon lamp and UV fused silica fiber cable. They are not included in this package. You may choose up to four collimators/focusing lens to use with this cuvette/sample housing by contacting us.  As an example, two collimators are shown mounted to the OceanOptics's filter bench.
