Fits inside of Swivl-eze seat mount
This seat mount with bushing then fits on top of the pedestal to prevent metal to metal contact of post to seat mount
This bushing has a slight 3 degree tilt
When this bushing is applied over the top of a 2-7/8" OD pedestal the overall outside diameter at the top becomes 3-1/8"
