Delivery

Domestic

Items are sent via Australia Post Untracked Letter service from St Agnes South Australia. Please allow 2-14 business days for delivery depending on location, rural postage on occasions can take little longer. Ebay's ETA is only an estimate and can take longer depending on Australia post and couriers workloads, locations, unforeseen issues, weather events and backlogs that tend to happen.

Parcels

Orders on domestic deliveries over $35 we send by parcel post for free or by courier with tracking at our discretion depending on weight and size of the items. On smaller orders if you would like tracking you may choose parcel or express post at checkout. Simply scroll down in checkout screen to choose option for an extra charge. unless over $35 then we will use parcel post automatically again at our discretion and you do not need to choose it.

Express Postage

Express Postage is also optional and can be chosen at checkout screen and usually takes between 

2-5 business days depending on location, only available within Australia. Please keep in mind that express is not an overnight service and can take longer to areas that do not get a daily delivery service. 

Orders over $90 will automatically be sent by Express Post at our discretion if it's a local delivery we recommend you don't take up express as it usually arrives in the same timeframe.

To choose express simply scroll down in the checkout screen choose option express and an extra charge will appear. Please also remember we get charged fees on all freight we charge from Ebay so the price will always be higher than the usual parcel cost as we have to add the fee we get charged.

International - Charges Apply

International Postage is available on these items. All items are sent via letter air economy and can take from 14-50 business days. Disregard Ebay's ETA as this does vary to different locations.

Tracking is not available on domestic or international services on this item as they are sent by international letter where applicable.

Handling Time

All items are sent same or next business day Australia time. Orders need to be place prior to 7am to be posted same day. So if an item is ordered on a Friday after 7am then the item will may leave on Monday. If you need it urgently and have paid for express or parcel and is before 10am we may still be able to get the order out if you contact us, there are no guarantees though as it depends on our workload and whether we have been to the post office already.

We have a 30 day return policy so all orders have to be received back within 30 days after receipt. For packages that are damaged, not as described or faulty only. Any returns that are for change of of mind are to be returned at your own postage cost, this includes slight colour variations as manufacturers colour can vary and computer/phone screens/cameras also vary in definition.
