Our Professionally (over the edge) printed PVC ID Cards are perfect for Staff ID, Students, Teachers, Loyalty Club Members, Visitors, Contractors, Business Cards and more!
We will not print any designs that replicate official or government ID cards (including student cards) unless you are purchasing on behalf of an official department and supply the required proof.
All purchases undergo due diligence.
All cards will be printed in colour at no extra charge.
You can choose to have the card printed on one or both sides or add a secure watermark which is visible when viewed at an angle.
IF WE ARE DESIGNING YOUR CARD
You only need to pay a one-off design fee. If you are ordering multiple cards, please add 1 x card to the basket with the artwork "yes" selected, you can then add your other cards with the "no" option selected.
You only need to send us your logos and photos. Let us know if you have a preferred font or colour scheme.
IF YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR OWN ARTWORK:
Your design must be in these dimensions:
- 1087 x 709 pixels
- 92 x 60mm
- 3.62 x 2.36"
This size includes 3mm of bleed area around all edges of the card.
The bleed will be removed during print to leave the size as 86 x 54mm (ISO Credit Card Sized).
We highly recommend that your design is at least 300 Pixels per Inch.
Please ensure that files are saved in CMYK colour mode and send the files in the highest possible quality (preferably Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop format).
WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH OUR CARD CREATION GUIDE AND TEMPLATES AFTER PURCHASE.
You can also send us your database or spreadsheet with data that needs to be printed or encoded. We can provide you with a spreadsheet template if needed.
We will proofread orders of five or more cards, but it is your responsibility to ensure that the design and data are correct.
Card prints may also appear lighter or darker than the design that appears on your screen as we use CMYK digital printing.
CMYK offers a close match but cannot match Pantone colours.
We will not be held responsible for blurred images or designs due to low quality or incorrect colour mode.
Please double check all spelling and design requirements.
Once your cards have been printed, they cannot be changed.
Printed card orders are usually sent via Royal Mail 24 Postage. We may use a different service depending on the purchase quantity.
We can also send the item using a next day courier from £7.99. If you are placing a large order, please contact us before you pay and we will adjust the shipping costs.
