We take extra photos of each item - not only the product but of the packaging as well. Any type of damage to the product or box will be listed as such and a photo will be shown. You can always contact us for more information , if needed. If you received an item from Motor City Toyz and it isn't as we listed it, please contact us. We will make it right. We are 100% committed to customer service and the quality of our products.
Return Policy:
We do accept returns as long as we are notified within 30 days from receipt of item.
Item must be in the same, new condition (never opened or played with) and all original packaging intact.
If item(s) are returned and received as shipped, your refund will be issued in the same timely manner as payment was made. Normal time is 24 hours after returned has been received.
Contact SELLER as soon as you receive a damaged shipment.
Take photos of both packing box and contents, showing any and all damage.
Please keep all packaging materials and contents until we contact you with further instructions.
Damaged item(s) will need to be returned to us BEFORE we can replace the item(s).
We will either replace damaged item(s), if available, or refund your total purchase price. Subject to availability.
