A pair of JBL N2400 crossovers completely rebuilt, including new pots, and modified for use with an 8 ohm driver on the low end and a 16 ohm driver at the high end.

I reverse engineered the original N2400 design using X-Over Pro crossover software. After determining the type of crossover network JBL used for the original design, (2nd Order Chebychev & 1st Order Butterworth), I was able to change the driver properties to redesign the crossover for use with mixed impedance drivers.

Until I know these are of any use to anyone, I will be building as I get orders. I can do any combination 8/16 ohms, 16/8 ohms or if you have other drivers, non JBL or other impedance (4 ohms, etc.) let me know. I can design for your application. Also, if you're using a cone driver for either the high or low, let me know. There are more parameters to consider when redesigning the crossover and can be incorporated into your crossover design. The crossover pictured is for my own application, 2121 at the low end and 375 at the high (4 way with LX5 and N7000)

I can do the same sort of modifications on the N7000 and probably others (I tried the LX5 and LX13, no luck)

Also, if you're interested in having your crossover rebuilt and/or modified, Let me know what you have and what you're driving and I'll put together pricing.
