Colocasia can be deciduous or evergreen, tuberous-rooted perennials with arrow-shaped or rounded leaves, often prominently veined; flowers are minute, on a spadix held within a small white spathe, but are seldom produced in cultivation, Tropical Colocasia plant commonly known as Taro or Edoe plant. Grows very large leaves and plant grows up to 2 metres tall. This auction is for three corms (bulbs) from which to grow your plants. Planting instructions supplied via email - extremely easy to grow from corm/bulb in any potting soil. The plant is large not the corm size - corms come in various sizes.

How To Grow: The tubers begin growing at 70 °F (21 °C), and Taro colocasia  will die if the temperature falls any lower. If you live in a place with plenty of heat and humidity through the summer, you'll be able to grow Taro colocasia outdoors. Otherwise, you can grow Taro colocasia as a gorgeous indoor plant. Taro colocasia  need rich, well-drained soil. Till the soil to a depth of at least 6 inches (15.2 cm) and work in compost or chopped leaves to enrich it. If you're planting Taro colocasia  in pots, a standard rich potting soil will do. Plant the tubers 1 1⁄2 inches (3.8 cm) deep with pointed sides up. Space the holes 8 to 14 inches (20.3 to 35.6 cm) apart, with wider spacing for larger tubers. If you have small potted Taro colocasia, dig holes twice as large as the root balls, set the plants into the holes, and pack the soil firmly around the stems.
