Payment

We only accept payment through PayPal. PayPal does accept most major credit cards. Please ensure that your address on file with PayPal is correct, because once the order is placed, the address cannot be changed.

Cancelation Policy

Orders may not be canceled unless we are notified within 1 hour of purchase, regardless of if the item has shipped or not. 

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped double boxed to ensure that your shoes and shoe box arrive safely to you. Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order. You can track the order through the USPS website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the USPS tracking information to update.

Domestic

All domestic orders are shipped FREE via USPS First Class Mail. Once shipped, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days excluding any delays caused by USPS. Any order valued at $750 and over, will ship with signature required. If you would like signature confirmation and your order is under $750, you will need to contact us and pay for that yourself. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct during the purchase process. Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

International

All international shipments are handled by the eBay International Shipping Program. All shipping costs and import fees are established by eBay and we cannot change them. We also cannot undervalue packages for customs or send items via different services. We only ship to countries that are a part of the eBay International Shipping Program.

If you have any questions, they will be answered within 2 hours during normal business hours (8-5pm CT). Once your order is paid for and payment is cleared, your order will ship within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. During normal business hours, most orders ship same day.
