External microphone is designed to fit in-dash receivers with built-in Bluetooth which will require the 2.5 mm jack microphone input. The microphone will provide better performance in noisy environments. 2.5mm Jack connector is compatible with  Pioneer Bluetooth Car Stereo`s & Sat Nav`s.
