This set of four books (a fifth volume was published later on) is an astonishing discography of the black Jazz Tenor Sax players from 1917-49 with a remarkable depth of additional information including the length of solos, side musicians, recording notes, critiques of technique, general notes, overviews, compilations and interpretations of stats - it is an incredible and intense research project.
CONDITION: These for secondhand books are in very good condition and have no names, dates, inscriptions etc. Please refer to the pictures.
