All orders will be packed and forwarded to the courier within 24 hours on business days.

Orders placed over the weekend or bank holiday will be shipped the next business day.

In The Republic of Ireland Fastway will deliver parcels next working day after pick up (there may be delays due to pandemic) 

UK - Road-freight delivery service into Mainland Uk by Fastway ( The courier company has significant delays due to the huge number of orders during the Christmas period. Don't buy if you want a package before Christmas, it probably won't be feasible by courier companies.)

Due to courier restrictions we can only dispatch items up to 30kg and up to 150cm in length.

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with our policy, you have 30 days to return the goods from the date you pick up the product. In line with our returns policy, these products will need to be  unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Goods back. We will refund the price of the Goods in full (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to your use of or damage to the Goods) We will not refund your cost of returning the Goods to us. We will refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise. Return postage will be paid by buyer. If the courier delivered a damaged package, please for preparing a report describing the damage.
